Felicia Johnson

Felicia joined the firm as an Associate in January 2015, having previously practiced in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago since 2011. She obtained her LL.B with honours from the University of the West Indies (U.W.I.) in 2009. She also functioned as a UWISTAT Ambassador and the Public Relations Officer of the Trinidad and Tobago Students' Association while reading for her Bachelor of Laws at the U.W.I. Felicia obtained her Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School in 2011, graduating as a member of the Principal's Roll of Honour. She is a member of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago and was called to the Bar in that jurisdiction in October, 2011.


Felicia was called to the Bar in the Federation of Saint Christopher and Nevis in November, 2014. She advises and represents the firm's litigation clients in a broad range of practice areas including contract, tort, debt collection, personal injuries claims and family matters. In the region of non-contentious matters she deals with areas such as citizenship by investment, mortgage Bills of Sale and the incorporation of companies, foundations and other related corporate issues. She is also involved in Real Estate transactions including the preparation of mortgages, conveyances, leases and agreements for sale. Felicia brings her excellent written and oral communication skills to the firm and conducts legal research on various aspects of law. In the arena of Alternative Dispute Resolution she has undergone 40 hours of Mediation Training and also represents clients at mediation sessions.


Felicia is involved with the community through her work with local teens in youth ministry. She also serves as a Sunday School teacher and Animator at her church. Felicia also assists with an Emotional Intelligence Program at a local children's home.
